Returns and refunds

You can return any new, unused item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us first, then post the item back to us; the customer is responsible for return postage costs. There is no restocking fee. Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we receive and check the item. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please send us photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Customs and duty fees

Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Separate packages

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages, for example if certain items are on back order, because of weight restrictions for regular shipping, or because items ship from different warehouse locations.
